Coaches
Hello everyone! My name is Jacob Maier and I am excited to be the new Swim Team coach for Shore Hills CC. I was a competitive swimmer for 13 years in both the winter and summer leagues. I have been a teacher and a coach/instructor for many years at all different levels. I am currently a middle school teacher at Hackettstown Middle School and am the Swim Team coach for the Tigers at Hackettstown High School. I am very passionate about helping children learn and develop skills both in and out of the water. My background in teaching helps me understand how to guide and interact with your children, while my background in swimming and coaching helps me to provide important instruction to your swimmers. I look forward to having a cooperative relationship with you all this summer in doing our best to make our swimmers successful!
